Returns & Refunds:
Doors, drawer fronts, drawer boxes or any supplies will not be returned without our prior written approval. Merchandise may need to be returned in their original condition to the facilities of Cabinet Door Supply LLC for inspection. Any item that has been hinged, hung, or finished, shows signs of exposure to moisture, heat or sun, shows signs of job site neglect or is modified in any way shall deemed accepted by the buyer and voids any warranty.
If it is deemed to be a manufacturing error, shipping damages will need to contact us to be determined if any replacement will occur.
The customer is responsible for checking their delivered order immediately for any shortages, damages or discrepancies and is responsible for contacting Cabinet Door Supply within seven days to report any of these issues, including description and photos of damages.
Claims on any order or material discrepancies must be made prior to HINGING, HANGING, or FINISHING.
Due to the nature of custom build we do not accept changes to or
cancellations of orders once they have been placed and processed. This is
because orders go into production almost immediately after they are received
and due to the automation of our system we incur in expenses anytime we must
interact with a confirmed order.
Whenever a transaction is refunded or otherwise reversed, Cabinet Door Supply will refund or reverse the transaction to the Credit Card account used to make the payment. We’ll retain the fees our payment processor have charged to us, generally 3.50%, these fees are non refundable.
Any requested change after the order has been placed will incur
in additional charges or it will need to place a new order depending on the
order status in production. Customer will need to contact us to determine either
any change can be made or a new order will need to be placed.
