Shipping & Delivery:
We only ship within the U.S. continental 48 states via a common carrier using either ground or freight providers such as USPS, FedEx or UPS, depending on factors including the location, weight and size of the order.
All shipping costs listed in the cart are just an estimate, due to the nature of being custom built products. The weight and dimensions are finalized once the products are made, which could result in a variance of the shipping fees. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. The buyer agrees to pay the difference in the event that the carrier requests any additional payment for shipping fees.
Upon receiving your shipment, please be sure to inspect for damage. Any product received damaged should be noted on the delivery slip and signed by the driver. A copy should then be send to us at the mailing address or email address provided on our website. A claim must be submitted immediately by the customer to the courier. The customer is responsible for checking their delivered order immediately for any shortages, damages or discrepancies and is responsible for contacting Cabinet Door Supply within three days to report any of these issues, including description and photos of damages.
